For all online orders, we need at least 2-3 working days to make and assemble your watch after you confirm the design and place the order through our website. While custom orders will take 17 to 20 business days. Once assembly is complete, we will ship your order to you.
During public holidays and busy periods, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. Customs and postal services may also take more time to process and ship during peak seasons or before major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Christmas. For detailed information about public holidays in your destination country, please see the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur due to pending payment authorizations.
In most cases, your watch will arrive at your house. However, in rare cases, door-to-door delivery service will not be provided in particular cities/areas/countries.

Orders will be shipped using various delivery services, depending on the destination and time required to deliver for a courier at the moment we ship. You may be required to sign the package to receive the item, so please choose an address where someone will be available to sign and receive the package during business hours.
Our watch movements are mainly manufactured in Japan; and our watches, depending on models, are assembled by highly skilled, professional watchmakers based in Hong Kong & Japan.
We take approximately 5-7 business days to craft and assemble your watch by hand after you confirm your custom design through our website. It will also depend on the components you choose and the capacity we have. Please refer to the estimated delivery date in the checkout page after you confirm your design.
Some countries outside Hong Kong may require import taxes, duties and related customs charges on imported goods, which are included in payments to us.
